Michael Gross focuses his practice in the areas of tax, estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving, trust and estate administration, business structuring, wealth preservation, and corporate law. Prior to going to law school, Mr. Gross worked for the investment banking firm of Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Gross graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business administration. Mr. Gross graduated magna cum laude from the Washington College of Law at American University with a Juris Doctor and from New York University School of Law with a Master of Laws in taxation.
Mr. Gross has extensive experience working with high net worth clients and has drafted a variety of estate planning documents, including irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, private foundations (including preparation of IRS Form 1023 and related documents), qualified personal residence trusts, family dynasty trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and generation skipping transfer tax planning, as well as basic wills, revocable trusts, and business succession planning or restructuring.
Mr. Gross is a member of the Florida, Maryland, and American Bar Associations. He is certified as a wills, trusts, and estates specialist by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
Mr. Gross has two children and lives in Boca Raton, Florida.
