
Stuart R. Morris founded his own law firm, which later became the Morris Law Group, in 1991. Morris Law Group is a wills, trusts, and estate planning boutique law firm that practices exclusively in estate and gift tax planning; wills and trusts; business structuring and succession planning; asset preservation planning; domestic and international tax planning; probate and trust administration; and special needs planning. In addition to being Board Certified by The Florida Bar in wills, trusts and estates, Mr. Morris is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Morris is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Broward County, Inc. He has previously served as the Chair of the Bylaws Revision Committee of the Board of Directors of SOS Children's Village of Florida, Inc. in Coconut Creek; a member of the Advisory Board of First United Bank; and a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for American Friends of Hebrew University. He was on the Attorney-CPA liaison committee of The Florida Bar. Earlier in his career, Mr. Morris served as Chair of the Professional Advisory Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Broward County as well as on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Foundation of the Jewish Federation of Broward County. He is an active member, and former member of the Board of Directors, of Temple Beth Am in Margate and the Alzheimer's Association, Southeast Florida Chapter.
Mr. Morris is sought after as a featured speaker on national and local levels. He has spoken on a wide array of topics including wealth preservation for business owners and high net worth individuals; estate planning; business succession and structuring planning; and special needs trusts. Mr. Morris graduated with honors from the University of Florida, where he received his undergraduate, masters and law degrees.
